Need Help Finding the Best Cat Litter?

I'm going to be honest: I love cats.  I have 2 now and in total I've hard nearly a dozen in the 40ish years I've lived on this planet.  They seem to calm me in a way that humans and other animals can't do.  However, I have a hard time finding the best products (specifically best cat litters) for them so I am always searching for an answer.

What I have gathered is that there are a few different types of cat litters on the market.  They include regular ones that are made of clay, natural ones that are made of things like corn, wood, and even newspaper, and finally ones made of silica gel crystals.  Each have their pros and cons.  Clay, for instance, can have really good clumping and be affordable but oftentimes has a lot of dust and can be quite heavy.  Crystals may have fantastic odor fighting abilities and be more lightweight but they can be really expensive and not last as long as I would like.

There are a few variables that you need to consider when trying to figure out what the best cat litter is for you and your cat family.  First, how many cats do you have?  A bigger cat household might warrant a more powerful type of cat litter.  In addition, a litter that doesn't last as long means that you are on your knees scooping clumps and removing litter way more often than you would like.  Also, what is your budget like?  If you are tight on your money you might be best off sticking with a clay litter but if you have a bit more flexibility then perhaps consider a crystal or wood-based litter that is better for the environment.

Other issues are allergies of you and your cat as well as how often you can clean out the litter box.

This is a lot to think about, am I right?

Thankfully I found someone who has already done all of this hard work for me.  They are a group of people that seemed to have dedicated countless hours reviewing all of these various cat litters to really figure out what the best cat litters are.  And they display this in helpful cat litter reviews that anybody can read and understand.

Sounds pretty helpful, doesn't it?  Anyway, the site is www.catlitterhelp.com.  I encourage you to check it out if you were like me and looking for an easy way to sort through all of the products on the market.

Me and my cats couldn't be happier!
